Urban services: we know how to make your place special and distinctive

We have specific knowledge in every aspect of placemaking. We can undertake research to establish robust evidence of need; create your plan, policy or strategy; mobilise partners around it; implement it and then evaluate it afterwards. Or perhaps you would like to bring a means Placemaker into your team. We can:

  • Give your town centre or neighbourhood a ‘health check’
  • Advise on policy changes to boost the local economy
  • Write and manage your cultural strategy, including oversight of creative interventions & events
  • Design and implement ‘smarter travel’ and air-quality improvement projects
  • Oversee public realm and other physical schemes, including ‘meanwhile’ uses
  • Help you access funding for your projects including from local and national government, and from the EU
  • Conceive and deliver an innovative and wide-ranging consultation/engagement strategy
  • Construct fit-for-purpose partnerships and other vehicles
